Local Pickup

Is there a minimum purchase amount limit for free local pickup?
Yes. The minimum purchase amount should be $10 and above to qualify for free local pickup.

How does local pickup work?
1) Check local pickup in your shopping cart before checkout.
2) Complete your order
3) Pick up your order FREE at Frisco location.

When will I get my order?
Most in-stock items are available for pickup in 24 hours. Orders placed before 5pm will be available for pickup the following day.

Where can I pickup my order?
Most in-stock items are available for pickup in 24 hours. Orders placed before 5pm will be available for pickup the following day.
After completing your order within 24 hrs you will receive an email that says "Your Order Is Ready For Pick Up". This email alerts you that your order is ready for pickup and provides location address and instructions on picking up your order. We recommend you wait to receive this email before proceeding to our location.

What do I need to bring to pick up my order in-store?
1) Your pickup confirmation email
2) Order completion email
For your protection, we will only release the order if the above information matches.

How will I know my order is ready to pick up? 
After you place your order, you will receive an email in 24 hrs that states "Your Order Is Ready For Pick Up". This email alerts you that your order is ready for pickup and provides instructions on picking up your order. We recommend you wait to receive this email before proceeding to our location.

What should I do when I get to the pickup location?
1. We prefer you call us before you start from your place.
2. After you reaching our location, call us to let us know that you are at the location.
3. Wait for our associate to handover your order.

What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
If an item included in your in-store pickup order is out of stock, you will receive a call from a store associate to notify you of the out-of-stock item. During the call you may:
• Select a comparable item or Have the item removed from the order

How do I return an order?

How can I cancel my local pickup order?
Simply call us at 972-916-9000 or email us to kalanjalius@gmail.com and we will assist you with canceling the order. If a payment has been processed, a refund will be made to the original payment method. Conditions apply, please read our Cancel or Return policy.

Can I pay with cash in the store?
Yes! Please contact us at 972-910-9000.

Can I have someone pick-up my order for me?
Yes! If you would like someone else, other than yourself, to pick up your order they will need to provide the pickup email confirmation and valid order completion email at the time of pick up to confirm they are the designated recipient.

Are there any restrictions?
There are a few restrictions you should be aware of:

• Only the designated recipient or the individual that placed the order may pick the order up, no exceptions.
• Your designated recipient, will not be allowed to pick up your order without the Ready for Pickup email and a valid order confirmation email.
